Cabal is a arcade video game developed and published by TAD Corporation in 1988. It's a shooter game.
It features the simultaneous use of a third-person soldier perspective and a crosshair, set against a fixed three-dimensional view.
The game consists of a static screen where the player must destroy enemy positions to progress through the levels (there are 5 levels, each made up of 4 screens).
Throughout the game, you encounter numerous enemies, ranging from soldiers and tanks to trucks, aircraft, and helicopters.
A bar at the bottom of the screen indicates how many enemies must be defeated to advance to the next level. At the end of each level, there is a boss that must be destroyed.
Power-ups, grenades, and two types of machine guns are available to enhance your firepower.
You start with 3 lives; one life is lost each time you are hit.
It is perfectly emulated by MAME.
